The Knot

The Knot was founded in 1996 and has helped over 25 million couples getting married each year with a personalized online wedding planning experience—from inspiration to finding and booking vendors to managing their guests’ experiences, creating registries, and more.

In 2018, we rebranded our visual identity starting with a new logo (in collaboration with Pentagram), color palette, typography, and overall design system that reflected a more relevant and inclusive personality. The new visual identity centered around reinvigorating a 20 year old brand and strengthening brand cohesion across all print and digital media channels.

My role for this project was to lead and determine the overall visual direction and partner with internal teams for alignment and adoption.
